For hosting a great NCAA tournament. 1st and 2nd rounds. Everything went great, and I hope it can get even bigger.

It won't, not for some time because the university and/or tourism board forgot to submit Memphis' name for the next allotment (next few years). Now we won't be able to host until possibly the end of this decade. Oof.

Any relation to the FEF renovations that will be taking place in the next few years?
Nashville taxpayers are paying for that too - along with the Simmons-Liberty renovation.

Agree. And I hate that taxpayers are paying for any of it, with as much money as NBA/NFL owners have and accumulate off the community. Unfortunately, it is the ante if you're going to be a "pro city".

At least the titans and nfl are putting up about 30% of the money. Grizzle aren’t paying a nickel.
