The people that waste time complaining about how "unreadable" the board is, and make fun of other loyal, blazer fans, really are counterproductive. Like just STFU and leave or ignore whoever you don't like.

i'm not putting anybody on ignore. you can do that. i believe in freedom of speech and have no problem defeating you when you say incorrect things.

I never stated that individual donors are bad or don't help.
I said corporate donations are where the real money is.

the FedEx announcement further cements my post that you felt you needed to try to take down.

back to my post, you are the one that said my point wasn't valid. I proved you wrong and then you post yet again defending the weaker position.

Bigger,stronger teams will kick our butts. One thing all 4 final teams had was great center play, or the ability to play through there centers.

I didn't say you were wrong. I just said that smaller, individual donors can make a difference - especially in a situation like UAB's.

I never said UAB individual donors would compete with the likes of Fedex.

I wasn't trying to take you down, I was only trying to make a point that a large group of individual donors can make a difference.

You are putting words in my mouth, and you seem to have thin skin.

From what I have heard, at least right now, Murphy and Ewin are not in play for UAB. Obviously, things can change quickly in recruiting but wouldn't count on either of those guys at UAB as of now.

I trust AK with Shaver. He could be what we think we need in the portal. Just gotta see how he develops

I think Shaver will be the most improved player on the roster next year. He was starting from a low level, so that's not a huge bar to exceed, but still. Coleman could be 2nd. His ceiling is sky high.

So we don’t intend to get better in the post? Got it.

Gonna be in big trouble when Yax gets early fouls. It could’ve been avoided by some serious recruiting.

If we get ezewiro, I'll feel much better. if we could get one more serviceable big after him, we'd be just fine I think.

I’m a fan of what we have to, which is why I don’t care to add more of the same. Ezewiro is an upgrade over JD but he’s still bench big worthy. Coleman is bench big worthy. So, you’re missing your starting center. I believe this in regards to a nationally competitive perspective.

You add your wing that can get boards and stretch the floor from 3, with the ability to dribble in drive in Kaleb Glenn.

All you need after that is a starting big that can be the defensive enforcer and has a pure post game.

Don't think that's the case.

People’s opinion of this team in the offseason will likely just mirror their opinion of shaver. I like Shaver so I’m on the good guys side

Not an insider but I would agree. AK seems to have a time limit if you don't commit he's on to the next. Hate he doesn't want Murphy or vice versa.

Coleman is starter/fringe NBA guy he's probably the 2nd best returnee I expect a huge season outta him

Don't need Glenn even though he's highly rated from prep school. That guy is already on the team and he's your only true NBA type guy in Yax.

I think will change your mind he has game. He's just severely outta shape.

Think Ezewiro is on the way with Yax cousin id find a 7fter that a defensive nightmare. Or one with stretch abilities.

Could Glenn theoretically redshirt and be part of the next year core? Not sure he’d do that but if we aren’t gonna go big it would be nice to have future stocks
