It's a fine line between winning and losing (or so I hear).

Regardless what happens Friday, I'm just happy we got that monkey off our backs. We are a very, very long shot to beat a legit Marquette team. Looking at their schedule, they're not your usual overrated power conference team that gets upset every year by a 13, 14, or 15 seed. They're seriously legit.

But...that's why we play the games. Anything can happen during the tourney.

Per Wikipedia this year’s tournament being in Huntsville had better attendance overall. With WKU vs MT in the semi’s and WKU in the championship game, that really helped the overall attendance. If WKU and MT matched up in the final there would have been 6000-8000 I’m guessing.

Just one asterisk point to the championship attendance; I believe all the ticket sales for the women's championship game are included for the men's. The women's championship game attendance was 4301.

It’s because the second game has a higher number(if it changes). It’s because some other people bought tickets exclusively for the second game. So after the first game was completed someone bought a ticket.
