I totally disagree... if it come to that, then the entire NCAA structure will collapse and the Div1A will be divided into 2 (as has been suggested), the MONEY LEAGUE, and everybody else, and the money league will not be the current B1G and SEC conference structure, many of those teams cannot afford to participate in the "money league".

(a new subdivision)

It probably will come to that----eventually---but where we end up has not been decided. For now, we are going to try to remain competitive despite the structural disadvantages. However, as Ive said elsewhere---I dont think its worth signing a really bad deal just to be part of it (and a 58% to 31% money split is a bad deal). I dont think the final version of the revenue split will reflect as a large a gap. Im hoping its ends up closer to a 50%-40% gap---which is still not great---but its a lot better and more manageable than a 50%-30% revenue gap.

and I hope the whole PROPOSED 14-team playoff nonsense gets sheet-canned by the other leagues.

The Swaim guy is just throwing stuff at the wall.

He has predicted Kansas State going to the SEC. That’s just not going to happen.

If any of the ACC schools are free to move, the SEC is going to take FSU and UNC long, long before K State would even be a blip.
