FSU thwarts the ACC's plan to screw FSU through scheduling
Looking at the 2024-2030 conference schedule, the ACC has FSU playing Wake and UVA 4/7 of those years, both don't rate well, Wake is by far the worst of the worst.

The ACC could have rotated the other 14 members that are not annual games in 3/7 years. Who did the ACC short change FSU on? UL and VT are the only 2 games in that 7 year period, games FSU actually likes.

But that plan is not going to work, we are too smart.

I guess it's the ACC's fault you have Charleston Southern scheduled this year and TAMU-Commerce and Kent State scheduled next year.03-lmfao03-lmfao03-lmfao03-lmfao03-lmfao03-lmfao03-lmfao03-lmfao

But you fail to mention only twice each in 7 years in Tallahassee.
Meanwhile, let's look at FSU's home schedule that SouthernConfBoy has posted:

Looks to me like the ACC took care of the Seminoles, if anything!

What are you whining about? FSU is leaving the ACC after the next football season. Go schedule your own damn games.

RE: FSU thwarts the ACC's plan to screw FSU through scheduling
You missed the dastardly deed. Wake and UVA get the lowest ratings in the ACC. This was a ploy to artificially boost Wake and UVA’s ratings and simultaneously hurt FSU’s ratings so that it brings FSU, Wake and UVA’s ratings closer to the average ACC ratings.

FSU does not want or need to be “took care of” in whatever twisted way that means, we want fair treatment whether it’s officiating or scheduling or cfb playoffs.

Annual games against Clemson and Miami
Minimal trips out West
A mix of Eastern ACC teams
What more do you want? (seriously)

The games vs Miami and Clemson are a given. It's like telling UNC the ACC did them a favor by giving them UVA and Duke. Besides that, the FSU vs Clem and Miami games are likely required by ESPN.

UL and VT are usually #4 and #5 in tv ratings. In that 7 year period, FSU is getting 2 less potential prime time games in exchange for 2 games that few people will watch or attend. FSU is getting 3 games vs Cal, Stan, SMU, I guess thank you for not screwing us even further? 01-ncaabbs

RE: FSU thwarts the ACC's plan to screw FSU through scheduling
There is no way for FSU to remain an ACC member and play a compelling schedule. ACC membership means playing ACC members, and aside from a few games that will always be found wanting. The solution is to depart the ACC and abort this schedule hopefully after the upcoming season, and we're working on that.

The line between flaming and mental illness is thin. Perhaps no thicker than the electron field that keeps me from falling through my chair as I type.03-lmfao03-lmfao

I would have thought just making one trip to Raleigh and one to Winston in seven years would have been appreciated since you have had so much trouble in both places.

...and THIS is the bottom line. Not that the ACC is trying to "screw" FSU (it isn't). It sounds like FSU simply won't be satisfied with anything the ACC does.
