What kind of facilities do y'all have for them, and what NIL money?

Doesn't seem fair to blame the coach if the boosters don't provide sufficient support.

CaliforniaCowboy is right to ask about facilities. Having a conference or national championship worthy indoor track gives a huge boost to any college T&F program. I imagine even more so in cold weather areas. Tech hosts 2-3 track meets during every indoor season, which is a nice advantage because the team gets to compete without having to travel. I know Cincinnati doesn't have much room on its campus so perhaps an indoor track isn't feasible. BTW, it also helps that a couple of Tech's wealthiest boosters love T&F so we don't just have great facilities, we also have a large recruiting budget. All of these factors (and more) affect a program's success
