Is UC's new DC?

He is an Ohio guy having played and coached in Ohio (Toledo, Bluffton, Muskingum ). Played HS in Logan Ohio. Was making $440,000 at ISU.

Good hire.

ISU has had one of the better defenses in the conference for a few years now.

$440k is pretty low for an Assoc Head Coach - did he have anything to do with coaching defense.

perhaps you could expand on why this is a good hire so the rest of us don't have to look it up.

ISU defense was good, but what did this guy have to do with it? i.e., what role(s)?

All I know is I'm glad the former DC is gone. Anyone can't be as bad as what we had.

I'd be pretty shocked if that were the case. I think I remember him making a post saying he'd be stepping away. I just hope him and Jolene are doing well at the Dairy Whip.

I'd be pretty shocked if that were the case. I think I remember him making a post saying he'd be stepping away. I just hope him and Jolene are doing well at the Dairy Whip.

He can post if he wants to. He's choosing to lay low. I've PM'd him from time to time. Agree, I miss his posting.
