Actually, Linguist and Wommack will be Co-DCs at Bama.

Hate to say it but probably a huge pay increase and if it does not work out he will still be able to get an G5 job pretty easily down the road. If it works out he could land a P5 job.

When you have Co-DCs, one is the actual DC and the other gets the title so they can get more money. They also do this with fancy titles like passing game coordinator and run game coordinator.
