Former Georgia Southern player question
Got a minor question, but I was watching the Lions/Rams playoff game. During the player introductions, I've seen a lot of players say high school or hometown after their name. Seems to be increasing in number.
Kindle Vildor was one I looked up and saw he played for Georgia Southern. Any reason he'd be upset with playing in Statesboro or does he just like his HS that much?

Sometimes giving your highs school a shout out is what's important to you. It does seem to be happening more these days. Quick google search says there are no current NFL players that came straight from high school.

No issues between him and GS at all that anyone is aware of. He comes back to games when he can and has always said good things. I think it's just one of those things to do now.
We have a thread on our boards where people were acting like he cut off Gus' head at midfield or worse yet, married an Appy fan.

Anyone know if the networks record once and save for all upcoming games or do a new one each week?
If you are doing it 17 times a year, I can see mixing it up.

Hey GS fans, this thread title made me think of Gavin Adcock.

Awesome, that's what I wanted to know. No harm in acknowledging your roots. Since it prevalence was growing, I wanted to go to the board when I knew there was an active fan base who would know.
