National Championships Locations
After hearing HK's reasoning to keep the BCS Nat Game in the Rose Bowl every year it has me thinking about the other championship games:

FCS) This game has worked well in Frisco, TX. It's on the same level as Omaha for the baseball championship. No need to move the game to another stadium.
Div 2) This game would be perfect for the MLS stadium in Houston. Great weather and attractions.
Div 3) The MLS stadium in Austin is a good match. What kid does not want to visit Austin? Plus Austin is the cheap airfare capital of America.
San Antonio's pro soccer stadium is another option if Austin does not work. The Alamo Bowl is one of the more attractive bowl games because of the city of SA.

Plus all of the above locations are in the central part of the country, with reasonable prospects for good weather and easy/cheap travel.

BTW, I do not agree with HK's comment about the Rose Bowl hosting NCG each year. I believe once every four years will still recognize the Rose Bowl's rich history with college FB.

RE: National Championships Locations
just move the MNC game from Atlanta to some B1G location, since the SEC and B1G are the only teams that will be allowed to play in the final.

Not trying to be a contrarian, but when did Austin become a must see destination for kids?

So the TL/DR version is... Play all the Championship games in Texas.

The D3 championship was played for several years at a HS stadium in Bradenton, FL and did not sell out. The need for such a large venue is unnecessary.
