I find this surprising. I could have sworn he said he didn't want to transfer to a school that would be playing Ohio State and that this transfer was about being prepped for the NFL. Good luck to him either way, I'm just very confused by the decision. Any insight?

I can't recall him mentioning that? But that doesn't mean much since I've not followed much lately. Personally, I wouldn't limit myself with restrictions like that. Find your best fit, no matter where that may be.

Nebraska has a solid "athlete" coming in from Texas next year along with one of the nation's top Tight Ends. If Fleming would come along too, it could be a good marriage. I think there are some highly rated offensive linemen too coming in? Definitely something I'd want to see if I'm transferring into a program as a QB. I like McCord, and I'd be thrilled if he became a Husker!
