Rell how’s that defense looked in the 2nd half? How do you explain our 10th or so utter meltdown in the 2nd half of the season?

it is easy ,,,3 and super long ,,we dont blitz ,,,next play we blitz on first down
safety or cb and always far away from the receiver 0n pass play

Can’t really blame the defense when the offense didn’t have a drive over 4 mins. They were bound to get gassed, which they did in the second half.

The same thing it's always been. Put it on the players not being in position. But who's responsibility is it to put them in better positions. You mean to tell me, they were in the right position for 1 whole half and then the second half they just go dumb?

Probably the same thing. This offense is great and entertaining to watch, but if you don’t have depth on defense (and I’d venture to say we have zero depth), they’re gonna get gassed in the second half, and that’s what we’ve seen.

10 times out of 12 games?

It’s a pretty clear trend if you’re willing to see the obvious.

They played the old Clark keep away 3rd quarter and we had the quick strike mentality because we're finesse not physical offensively. It tired out the defense. We could held it most the 4th but we didn't because the offense wasn't able to get anything rhythm or be multiple.

It’s a pretty clear trend if you’re willing to see the obvious.

The only obvious is we're 4-8 with a team close to a bowl bid, in a new conference, with a harder schedule, and a high school HC now with a full year under his belt. This staff has shown more promise than Callaway and McGee staffs year 1. Two off from Clark's and Vincent year was what it was. Alot of guys missed this game for injuries. On to signing day

The American sucked this year. There were 3 good teams.
