I thought defendants weren't suppose to respond until arraignment?

RE: Drop The PHUCKING Hammer
A three game suspension? Pfft! This is his SECOND violation in one year! The P1G protects its own! It's the equivalent of five doctors passing judgment on a "fellow" doctor in a malpractice case! Pure favoritism! No mention of CMU and/or the person hiring/monitoring/budgeting Stalions! Like a
lot of things, pre-wired/rigged! Hopefully, the NCAA will be truer to form in punishment!

RE: Drop The PHUCKING Hammer
scUM is currently out shopping for a judge-friendly court to file a temporary restraining order against the P1G Ten sanction. Watch closely, this is how the legal mechanism works for people/entities with money/connections!

RE: Drop The PHUCKING Hammer
Injunction filed in Washtenaw County, and initially assigned to a scUM graduate and football player (also a lecturer at scUM Law School), and now later to another judge who also graduated from scUM. See now how the system works for those with resources/power? I'm not sure why it was filed in Washtenaw County, because the P1G Ten offices are in Rosemont, IL.? In any event, you get the gist of what's going on here. Stay tuned.

RE: Drop The PHUCKING Hammer
Big question: Does Washtenaw County even have jurisdiction?

Suggested NCAA Sanction: Two years probation, no bowls/playoffs, vacate all victories (excepting Penetration State, who was/is horrendously overated). Plus, no TV or revenue.

Third quarter score: The World-2, scUM-0. In other words, Hairball & Santa realized they weren't going to win. Look for coal in your Xmas sock. It's coming baby!

RE: Drop The PHUCKING Hammer
I'm smelling some dismissals coming at CMU. I have no proof, but just a gut feeling once the NCAA drops it's Hammer on scUM.
