I wasn't able to watch the game but looking at the score, it looks like it was another in the line of many this season that the team just quit at a certain point. This has happened a lot more this season than any other season under Bennett that I can remember. If UVA somehow does make it to the tournament, they'll be bounced rather quickly I think.

UVa only scored 16 points in the first half. They had a LONG scoring drought.

Around 9 minutes if I remember reading correctly. Definitely has been a theme with Bennett teams over the years of not being able to do anything for long stretches of time. From what I've been able to watch of this team this year, they don't have the heart (and talent) of some of those really good teams of years past.

It’s just one game but would hurt UVa’s NET significantly. I just don’t think NET is a good metric to rely too much on.

Huge game for Wake Forest today hosting Duke. It's a given they'll storm the court if they win. Probably the biggest game in Winston-Salem since Tim Duncan played there? WF could certainly put themselves squarely in the NCAA Tournament discussion with a win.

Virginia hosts North Carolina today as well. Solidly in for now but certainly can improve their resume with a big win while North Carolina can make a claim at a #1 seed with a big road win.

Congrats to North Carolina on their regular season title. With two wins over Duke and a win over SEC regular season champ Tennessee, they have a pretty good chance at a #1 seed. I would say if they win the ACCT, they should get it. If they lose, it could open the door for Tennessee or Arizona.

North Carolina and Duke are 1-2 setting the stage for a Carolina-Duke final Saturday night. On the other hand, the last time Carolina and Duke played each other in the championship game was 2011 and I can't over the fact that this year's Tar Heels team lost at home to Clemson. UNC is certainly in the running for the 4th #1 seed but if they are a #1 seed it most likely will be in the West with Arizona the likely #2 and the regionals in LA and if UNC is a #2 seed it will likely be in the East in Boston, much nicer geographically but with UConn as the #1.
