Not bad for Illinois, a season high.

Interesting week 8 stats
JMU held Marshall to -4 yards rushing.

Temple was 0-12 on 3rd down conversions.

Penn State was 1-16 on 3rd down conversions.

Rutgers scored 31 points with only 39 passing yards.

BC and GT combined for 546 rushing yards.

Iowa had 127 total yards, and only lost by 2.

Army possessed the ball longer than LSU and lost 62-0.

NEV/SDSU score was 6-0, in case you didn't know.

RE: Open Thread - Week 8 CFB '23
After watching the Ohio State vs Penn State, Wisconsin vs Illinois, and the Virginia vs UNC games yesterday, I'm feeling great about my Terps despite a 2 game losing streak. What a great bye week!

I'm a week late, I'm catching up, but losing by a 40+ yard field goal on the final play of our only game at this point of the year with a final score being within 20 points(correction 18 points) isn't something I can be upset about. A late Congrats to Illinois!

Nebraska is still a complete unknown to me this year and I'm starting to stress about the Maryland vs Rutgers game(keep it up Rutgers!04-cheers), but I still think my Terps can hit 8 wins before the bowl and that is the "next step".
