I just think this team will be night and day where it is now in a few weeks. Enjoy the ride. It will have some ups and downs but I believe we will play our best ball at the end of the season.

Bingo. All I'm looking for is incremental improvement game to game from the DST. The offense is good, but could be great - also looking for small improvements from them game to game.

We are playing a team that's not as good as the one that we just played, we are playing at home, and hopefully they've had time to correct some of the issues from the first two games. I don't expect us to run away with it, but I do expect us to win.

I was fairly close on my prediction from last week. This week its 38-34 UAB. 5 Offensive TDs and one chip shot field goal. Defense still struggles, but does just enough for us to hang on.

Zeno is #3 in the country in completion % and #10 in total passing yards. He barely sniffed the field until it was absolutely necessary under BV. Zeno's play, and the complete overhaul of the offense gives me confidence that Dilfer is a good coach. I've been very impressed by our offense so far, outside of some relatively minor things. Captain obvious statement, but the DST has got to improve, and has been pretty damn awful so far.

Skies the limit down the road (maybe not this year), if the DST improves.

I don't think Ty Long could pull off the fake mustache, so it's time put in Vick Nogel...
But seriously try out some other kickers or let Ty Long's brother have a chance.

I’m not ready to give up on Quinn yet. However, if he misses a couple more (without making one), I’d say we definitely need to put in Long.
