Yeah I kinda felt like they should've passed more. The game never really felt in doubt, and the passing game needs work. Felt like a missed opportunity to try to build some passing game confidence.

Does sound like a great idea. When I first saw it I thought the 5k was a new initiative to sell tickets like Joel’s failed 90Ksu plan and thought 5k was really setting the bar low for one game. 07-coffee3
Well, our 5K promotion came in at double, 10731 in attendance. I know it’s a nobody opponent, but a sure win in great weather and the first chance for students (especially freshman) to get out there this season ought to have had much more.

If they are going to keep playing murders row of three pay games they need to move the fcs game to week one. They would start the season off 1-0 and get better attendance. Much easier to sell an 0-0 team than a 0-2 team with two blowouts.

One thing came to my mind on this game. The last play of the first half was a QB keep. I was thinking we were going for a score, but the offense just took a knee after the QB took a hit.

Had to be more than 10,731
