The 25 million gift from Tampa General Hospital is for the Operational Building that will be adjacent to the OnCampus Stadiun and part of the OCS Funding

There has to be more to this story. A hospital making a major donation to an athletic department is not something I recall happening in the past.

Actually not as strange as you may think.

They are using that money to name the Operational Building which is attached to the OCS and will be partly used TGH for assessments, therapies ,treatment.

Others have done this in places like the Marlins stadium in Miami.
