UTSA is 4-0 in its meetings with Texas State. While the Kittens have yet to beat us in football, they had a great showing in Waco.

Y’all are 18-2 in that Dome under Traylor. You’re also coming off a loss, so I expect y’all to be Uber Focused. Plus it’s US lined up in front of you.

We, on the other hand, are coming off a huge Win, and need to guard against “The Big Win Let Down.” Guess we’ll see how well Kinne can keep our guys grounded and focused.

While we are 0fer Vs. Y’all, I think that this is the Best Coached and most Talented Bobcat Squad you will have seen.

Personally, I see a close contest that can go either way. A blow out by either club would surprise me. I have to give y’all a slight edge just because of where the game’s being played, as well as history.

If we don't clean up the mistakes we had against Houston, y'all will go back to San Marcos with a victory. We snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. I'm very nervous.

Granted your QB threw 3 picks Vs. Coog., but I don’t expect that to be the case this week. And weren’t those Houston Unis. Just the Coolest?

2018 season. We scheduled Arizona State, Baylor, and Kansas State. Started 0-3 before ending the streak against y'all.

Looking forward to this one. TXST sold out their visitor allotment ~1000 tickets. Plus many many others buying through UTSA. Should be a big crowd and lots of Bobcat fans.

I expect y'all to win but hope to finally get this win after blowing it recently.

Texas State is getting 2 votes in the AP poll after beating Baylor, this could be an exciting game for both the programs. Texas State has never beat us in football and come this Saturday we will dominate and keep the winning streak going.

Upper level on visitors side has been opened up. Only happened a few times.

This game is gonna have 40-50k in attendance.

Sounds like it will be a huge game. UTSA needs to light it up.

THERE ARE SERIOUS NY6 IMPLICATIONS ON THIS GAME.

Both teams have an inside track to the show.

If the Bobcats can somehow get past the Roadrunners, there ain’t nothing but Nevada and Sun Belt Conference daylight standing between them and the NYD6 End Zone. (Assuming UTSA rights the ship and makes the AAC title game anyway)

UTSA can afford another loss but not this weekend. With Tennessee on the Horizon, this is virtually a must win to break even and stay relevant for New Year’s contention.

Traylor was Kinne's coach in high school IIRC.

. . . and apparently Traylor’s been eating a lot of salads lately. Kinne shot him a pic. Of his Whataburger meal.

So Meeps, what have we learned, that our Coach eats better than yours.

I was at the Baylor/Texas State game. Outside of the QB, no one impressed me a ton from Texas State right away. But then I realized afterwards the Bobcat QB is 6-7! So their OL is also a lot bigger than I realized.

Still, while Texas State definitely won that game on both sides of the ball, I wonder if Baylor is just looking at a brutal season this year. They looked awful, and a lot of that had nothing to do with Texas State.

UTSA is going to destroy Texas State.
