Rice vs Duke
If only Rice would make the commitment to their athletic program...

Rice is in the hottest area for recruiting. Build a new FB stadium (or major renovation to Rice Stadium) plus a dedicated FB structure with offices, locker rooms, weight rooms, nutrition center, etc... and Rice will be competitive.

Renovations of Historic Rice Stadium have been under way for several years. A football facility recently replaced the north end zone. An indoor practice facility went in two years ago.

Do you even pay attention?
