It is a bad situation clearly, especially with all the other issues at play in Hunter's life. I just think a lawyer probably should be recognizing the issues he could potentially create for Hunter by being photographed in a situation like this. Good point on number 1... I know the photo said Hunter was there but do we know that for sure?
