Bully who slammed boy speaks out in interview, says his suspension was racist.
Quote:A video of a tall student picking up a small boy and slamming him to the concrete ground outside an upstate New York middle school was viewed millions of times this week on social media, attracting shock and anger. The student accused of being the violent bully is speaking out exclusively to The Post Millennial, claiming his suspension from school was racially motivated. But another student who knows him says he has a history of violently targeting smaller students.

On Feb. 13, the 5-foot-11, 170-pound student was filmed outside Cosgrove Middle School near Ogden, N.Y. confronting an 11-year-old boy who is significantly smaller. He doesn’t know the boy’s name but tells TPM he believes he was responsible for a diss track against his sister on social media. The 14-year-old is a freshman at Spencerport High School, which is adjacent to the middle school.

On the video, the smaller child repeatedly says, “It was the other dude” when he was confronted and grabbed before being picked up and slammed to the ground. Students in the vicinity laugh.

A freshman at the high school who knows the suspended teen says he misidentified the 11-year-old boy and has a history of fighting.

“They have all been against kids way smaller,” he claims. “[He] once slammed a much smaller kid and punched him. Everyone saw it but a teacher. He’s also fought a kid and chased him in a lunchroom.” The boy asked not to be named, fearing retaliation.

The suspended teen denies that race was a factor in confronting the boy, who is white. But he believes his own punishment by the administration of Spencerport Central School District was racist. He tells TPM he was suspended for the remainder of the academic year—something he believes is racially motivated because he’s black. “Last year my brother got into a fight and a lot of white people jump[ed] him and not one of them got suspended or in trouble.”

The school district declined to comment about the student, his history or his allegations, directing TPM to a statement on its website.

“We are committed to building upon our security efforts in our schools and campus, and focusing on our programs and services to prevent behaviors such as what happened at Cosgrove from ever happening again.”

On Wednesday, Ogden Police charged the teen with assault following an investigation and a report filed by the family of the younger child. The high schooler was issued a ticket to appear at family court.

Ogden Police did not respond to a request for comment. The suspended teen’s parents also declined to comment.

WATCH – 12-Year-Old Boy Allegedly Choked by Girl on School Bus: ‘Children Are Afraid to Come Forward’

Quote:A mother in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, is deeply concerned after an incident on a school bus involving her 12-year-old son and another child in January.

According to WUSA, Taylor Brock’s son was allegedly choked by a girl while the pair were on a school bus from Walt Whitman Middle School that is located in Alexandria, and the moment was caught on camera, the outlet reported Tuesday.

In the clip, the girl appears to hit the boy, then grab his mouth and turn his face towards her.

“Oh!” someone is heard saying behind the camera. However, it appears no one moves to separate the two young people.

Moments later, the girl allegedly takes him by the neck and pushes him against the seat.

Her son arrived home crying, and there were reportedly marks left on his neck, Brock said, adding, “It breaks my heart that there are all these kids on the bus and not one decided to stand up.”

The mother recently shared the video on her business website, noting the school’s response when it came to her child’s safety was inadequate.

“After parents watched the video of my son being assaulted and strangled, they messaged me to tell me horror stories of their own children suffering at school and how the school has done nothing to stop it,” the post on the site read:

Children are afraid to come forward, they suffer in silence, and even commit suicide because they feel like there is no other way to escape the pain and suffering they endure at school. The children who are brave enough to come forward are not being taken seriously enough by the school. The victims continue to suffer because the consequences for breaking rules aren’t severe enough to deter perpetrators from breaking them.

In addition to pressing charges, Brock also recently had a Fairfax County judge issue a protective order against the female classmate, meaning she must stay at least 50 feet away from the boy.

Meanwhile, social media users reacted to the story and images of the incident involving the two children:

“An equally alarming issue is that bystanders rush to record, but not intervene and help,” one person replied.

“People need to start suing the hell out of these school districts… money is all they understand,” another commented.

The girl was reportedly suspended, and even though the principal told the two children to walk opposite each other in the hall, the boy claims they still pass each other and have the same lunch time.

According to Brock, “She gets suspended and goes back to school. It doesn’t seem like a fair trade. My son is still not protected.”

In a statement, the Fairfax County Public Schools said the leadership handled the situation, but they are not allowed to share more information because of privacy laws.

Now, Brock plans to enroll her son in a different school while he seeks therapy following the disturbing incident.

Earlier this month, two students were accused of beating a nine-year-old girl while they rode a school bus in Homestead, Florida, according to Breitbart News.

The outlet cited a recent report that said crime among juveniles increased across the nation in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic-related school shutdowns.

"The bus driver did nothing to stop the attack". What the heck? That school bus driver has no business driving a bus if he can't stop someone from being beaten up. At least stop the bus, take the kid to the front and watch him until he gets off. At least he'll stop the beating. I tell you it's a case of Black Privilege, everyone is afraid of being called a racist.

Maybe Im just old school..but..I pretty sure in each instance the parents of those kids would get a visit from me. The school would not have to get involved. Id take care of this personally and do pretty much whatever it took to stop it even if it meant taking matters in my own hands on these little punks. What is wrong with these people? SMH.

Public schools have basically gone straight to hell from a discipline perspective since the early 90's. I can only imagine what they are like now as the videos above demonstrate.

The public schools in most cities are simply zoos with basically zero discipline. I can assure everyone the Memphis City Schools are horrific. The reason both parents work today is to have the extra salary for private school costs. I know several that do that.

Young male teachers escape most - but not ALL - of the arrogance and baiting from these punks. But older teachers and nearly all female teachers simply tolerate the arrogance and verbal abuse from those punks. I can only imagine what students tolerate based on these bus and classroom beatdown clips that crop up all the time.

The parents of the bully don't give a $HIT, that's why he's a bully. A visit to people like that would leave you more PO'd that before you talked to them.

Because a lot of bus drivers when they sign their job contract, are not PERMITTED to get involved in such incidents. Yes, they are contractually told they may not get involve in breaking up these incidents for fear of a lawsuit coming against the school.

My dad's way around it.. he basically parked the bus turned off the engine and waited.

He was told he couldn't get involved in a incident, he was also told there was no difference in how long it took him to get home from school each day either.

Didn't matter where we were (highway, side street, back road). He'd never get up from the driver's seat, and when the kids realized they weren't moving, it was amazing how quickly they turned on the troublemaker.

Funny how they always have something obviously in common.
