Nobody else has provided the AAC with more prestige and publicity. You may also include Memphis, especially if we include basketball and maybe Wichita State. But the Big 3 have been the best in both major sports (UCF to a lesser extent in basketball, though they have an NCAA Tournament win and a near miss).

Edit: on second thought, Memphis has just 2 NCAA Tournament appearances spread 8 years apart in AAC play. They do have a NY6 appearance, so that does count for something.

So the Big 3 are Cincy, Houston, UCF, Memphis and Wichita? That's some Big 10 level math right there.

Houston Community College at it's finest.

AAC has had FIVE teams reach the summit. FIVE. This conference is actually a place where every single damn team can go into a season thinking "hey, we can get into the NY6".

LOL at our past president. Anyway, congrats, Tulane! That was awesome! And Cox is right about the American, regardless of what some peeps think of him.

I follow cox and always found him to be reasonable. Not sure why someone would have something against him.

Congrats Tulane! I really enjoyed this one. What a great comeback. You had USC right where you wanted them.

Woke up late in the day and turned on YouTube with Tulane SC being one of the first recommended video. The title didn’t indicate the winner so I was enthralled during the 13 min clip and flat out shocked and elated at that comeback thinking it was over at 30-45.

This is the most gratifyingly enjoyable G5 win since Boise over OU in 2007 tbh. UCF over Baylor was a close 2nd

I agree, but several here dislike him for some reason.
