I'm not above believing the FBI would plan evidence, they've done it over and over again for decades against both left and right-wing figures, but did they plant all the documents? I don't even think Trump is trying to claim that. I think I'm just lost on what the actual legal argument being made that no crime was committed here.
These are presidential records. Trump is allowed to have them. The end.
Obama has them. Obama stored them in an empty furntiure warehouse.
Both Bush's have them. One sent his to a used car dealership.
Trump has them. Trump has his stored at the same facility used while he was president, and is guarded by secret service. But some taint slurpers want to believe Trump had these documents laying on a floor in his bedroom because of some staged photo by the FBI.
b0ndsj0ns, I'm not going to even start with playing the troll game, but just to let you know. His post is just about 100% complete .
So what do you think tom should the Judge or Special Master resign? Are you actively calling for that - or did you do that in some other thread or another board altogether?
It's on the other board where he criticizes Democrats.

Department of Justice Seeks Expedited Appeal of Special Master Appointment From 11th Circuit
Quote:The Department of Justice is seeking an expedited appeal of the Southern District of Florida Judge Aileen M. Cannon’s decision to appoint a special master to review the documents seized by the FBI during its search of former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence.
In a Friday filing with the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Department of Justice is proposing that the appeal’s legal briefing conclude by Nov. 14, with oral arguments afterwards, according to Politico.
In the filing, the Department of Justice argues that it is unable to examine records taken from Trump’s Florida estate that may constitute as evidence of crimes.
“The government is thus unable to examine records that were commingled with materials bearing classification markings, including records that may shed light on, for example, how the materials bearing classification markings were transferred to Plaintiff’s residence, how they were stored, and who may have accessed them,” DOJ officials wrote in the appeal. “The records not marked as classified may also constitute evidence of potential violations…”
DOJ officials also stated in the filing that an expedited appeal “if successful” would allow the government to “more quickly resume its full investigation without restraints on its review and use of evidence seized pursuant to a lawful search warrant.

Which means the documents "marked" classified are a big nothingburger, and are probably comprised of entirely russian hoax documents that were very publicly declassified by Trump. And they want the 11th circuit to step in quickly to stop the special master or else in a couple of weeks its all gonna be over but the crying by the doj, especially since they had to admit they lied about the inventory.
