How are claims of election fraud "false"?

Election fraud occurred in 2020, that is a fact not disputable. The extent of the fraud is what not verified. My gut says fraud was rampant in key swing states, and no way Biden could ever energize the American people more than Obama. But to assert claims of election fraud were false is the real lie here.
