'22 Bearcat clothing update
I'm seeing more people out and about in greater Cincinnati in Bearcat tees and hats than ever before. Bengals gear sales seems to have taken a giant leap from a year ago but that's another story.

For those updating the Red and Black wardrobe before the opener, here's a few notes that may save you some shopping time:

- Campus Bookstore- completely remodeled in recent months and generally well stocked, but the '22 Under Armour coaches' polo shirts and much of what I'd label "official" sideline gear were not yet in stock and I was told they're, "expecting it any day" and of course blaming supply chain issues. It's noteworthy because it's usually in by this time. I'm not sure the athletic department has it either as I didn't see anything new on the coaches or players interviewed last week at Higher Ground.

-Dubois Bookstore- my personal favorite these days and I popped in there a couple of weeks ago. Again, plenty of great choices but mostly carryover styles from last season. At both Campus and Dubois, there seem to be more choices at the highest price points-- Tommy Bahama, Peter Millar, and johnnie O, styles are in stock at both stores and mostly at $100 and up.

- Rally House- Well stocked and large UC sections in most of their stores in the metro area; good luck ever finding a sale price except on clearance items.

-Dillard's- They used to carry a good selection of UC Under Armour but didn't last season and all I've seen so far this year is a single Bearcat t-shirt.

-Macy's- A few items at Kenwood as of three weeks ago, but it really pales in comparison to what they seem to stock for OSU and UK. Pretty sad since much of Macy's corporate leadership has called Cincinnati home for ages.

Please feel free to add to this thread in hopes that we can continue to paint this town Red and Black again for the '22 season.

I'll add our local Meijer's stores to the list. Once again, they have a selection of hoodies, tees, hats, and polo shirts. Attractive screen prints and designs in the middle to lower range price points and lots on sale right now at "buy one get one 50% off" as I recall.

Thanks to this Michigan chain for getting into the UC spirit.
