IMO, only those that are partisan. Most folks know it's a dog and pony show whose primary aim is to keep Trump in the news for mid terms and to prevent him from running again for POTUS.

The dude sat by as our Capitol was invaded, congressional procedures were stopped, and his VP and members of congress were in danger...perhaps even mortally.

The POS belongs nowhere near an elected office again.

lol @ "invaded". Come on man, no non partisan sees it that way.

Nancy's building. Trump isn't in charge of it.

Right...it was like the time I visited Capitol Hill on a tour...I had to steal a riot shield from a cop and break in a window to get it. Good times!

Not quite. Mitch has a responsibility as well, but this mostly falls on the Sergeant-at-arms.

Quote:News reports indicate that in the days before the attack, House sergeant-at-arms Paul Irving resisted calls from the Capitol Police to bring in the National Guard for extra security at the Capitol because of “optics.” Irving later testified that intelligence reports didn’t show the need for the extra security, not that he rejected it because of optics.
No, Capitol security is not only Pelosi’s responsibility, but she bears some

But you can't possibly believe that trump could do NOTHING after the Capitol was breached.

Hannity was talking last night about how all of this was nothing more than political theatre, a party that has destroyed a booming economy and knows their collective asses are getting kicked in 4 months for doing so, and what an overall joke the whole sham was. How it was Stalin-esque. Then Mark Levin was on and went into more detail of how this entire thing “insurrection” being used over and over is a Hail Mary to keep Trump from running in 2024 based on 14th amendment.

Yes, they are that afraid of Trump running because they know what the results will be.

He will be 3-0 in presidential elections.

No, not an invasion but you know that. The only reason that word, along with a few others, is being used is for political purposes and appeal to their base. It seems, at least in this case, it's working.

Dude, just stop. The dictionary description of invasions, at least two of them, define EXACTLY what happened.

You're such a fool. There is NO evidence that trump offered any troops and NO evidence that Pelosi denied them. Your orange cult leader and your propaganda network is lying to you, again.
No evidence Pelosi ‘rejected’ Trump’s authorization for ‘20,000 National Guard’ before Jan. 6 attack

Perhaps you should stick to masturbating to three guys in tights dancing?

Imagine being Tom or any other moron lib and believing it was an “insurrection” and being gullible enough to watch and believe this silly Jan 6 hearing. Then again, these are the same stupid people who believed MUH RUSSIA hoax, MUH UKRAINE hoax, and who’s side of the aisle has taken power in the country and basically blown an 8 run lead in the bottom of the 9th.

lol, you are really reaching. Using that term, my kid's soccer team all showing up unannounced is an "invasion". The use of these terms is pure politics, nothing more and nothing less. It's ok to admit that as it serves your purpose.

No, you're just hung up on the word meaning something bad. While yes this is, it certainly fits. And it certainly fits WAY more than trying to claim this was a tourist visit as many here and elsewhere have!

I'm not worried about a hack committee that's doing more witch hunting.

Plus I sleep fine. My conscience is clear.

LeftwingTom has totally lost it over this "insurrection" nonsense. He's so far off course with pretty much all of his "facts" regarding January 6th that I don't even feel like taking the time to refute all of them here - mainly because it's obvious there is no way to reason with him on this. Listed below are a few links that cover some of the low hanging fruit that Tom can't seem to reach.

Somebody somewhere has to have taken a photo of LeftwingTom in his tinfoil hat.
