Im telling you---they were scared. There is nothing complicated here. At the very least---all commanders on scene and every single officer in that hallway need to be fired. They have clearly proven they are not capable of protecting the public when the need is at its greatest. They need to find jobs as warehouse security, mall cops---or any position where there is no expectation that they put their life at risk for others.
