When You Lose Jeff Bezos
Grab the Popcorn: Jeff Bezos Just Called out Joe Biden on Twitter

Quote:Now, it’s not uncommon to see Joe Biden lying. He lies like he breathes. And he’s constantly lying about inflation and placing the blame on everything but his horrible policies. He’s even blamed Americans for not “being focused,” so they don’t understand the issue. What gall. So, Joe lying while demonstrating his economic ignorance was not unusual.

“You want to bring down inflation?” Biden said. “Let’s make sure the wealthiest corporations pay their fair share.”

That would do absolutely nothing to help inflation which was kicked off, at least in part, by Biden’s excessive spending on things like the American Rescue Plan. Indeed, it would make things worse because corporations would then pass those increased costs onto the consumers in higher prices. Joe has no idea what he’s doing and/or he doesn’t want to stop the spending. So, that’s a sad and bad thing to have such a person in office.

But, what was unusual was the response of Amazon’s Jeff Bezos.

“The newly created Disinformation Board should review this tweet,” Bezos sniped. “Or maybe they need to form a new Non Sequitur Board instead. Raising corp taxes is fine to discuss. Taming inflation is critical to discuss. Mushing them together is just misdirection.”

Oh, my —- Jeff Bezos just called out Joe Biden on Twitter for lying about inflation and taxes. I hate to have to agree with that, but it’s exactly right, including giving Biden a shot about the Disinformation Governance Board, which is something no allegedly free society should be putting out there.

So, what’s going on here? Why is Bezos — one of the chief supporters of the mess that the Democrat Party has become — blasting Biden here very publicly? Even taking a whack at the dangerous Disinformation Governance Board? Is it finally “Throw Old Joe Under the Bus Time” at last? Has Elon Musk woken up any of these characters?

I don’t hold out hope that Bezos has woken up. He may be realizing there’s a big change coming after November, and he backed the wrong horse in Biden. He may be trying to appear more of a centrist. A little late now, after all the mess that this has brought upon us. So, no one is going to buy this. You have a newspaper, you could be reporting the truth but you’ve been missing in action.

But when even Jeff Bezos — owner of The Washington Post — can’t stomach what Joe Biden is trying to dish out and puts some truth out there, dissing old Joe for all to see, you know it’s trouble time for Joe Biden and the Democrats. They’re in a throwdown battle to have any hope at all in the midterms, so it’s something you don’t expect to see, even if it is the truth. You would think they would all be crashing the boards to help the Democrats win in November. The fact that he is willing to say it shows how bad what Joe Biden is doing now is. And if even Bezos gets it, you know that a lot of Americans who aren’t so compromised are getting it too. Bring on the red wave.

Bezos Goes After Biden Again on Twitter, Busting Him Bad

Quote:Now, in case you thought it was just a random comment, Bezos continued busting Biden on Sunday, as well. He responded to a comment from someone contesting Biden’s claim that he reduced the deficit, saying that Biden didn’t do anything to reduce the deficit. Bezos agreed and added to it.

“In fact, the administration tried hard to inject even more stimulus into an already over-heated, inflationary economy and only Manchin saved them from themselves,” Bezos said, hitting the nail right on the head. “Inflation is a regressive tax that most hurts the least affluent. Misdirection doesn’t help the country.”

Wow, now that’s some full-on truth, and once again, he’s not just saying Biden is ignorant, he’s saying Biden is being deliberately false with the term “misdirection” again. It’s also a statement about Manchin, which is going to earn Bezos some ire from those on the left. They’ve painted Manchin as the devil incarnate stopping all their dreams, as opposed to the pragmatic Democrat he is, seeing that Democrats are going to lose their control of Congress in November and having some principles about bipartisanship.

So, did Bezos suddenly figure out what “Brandon” was all about? Or is it more that he sees that the winds are changing, that Americans can’t stand Biden and are about to toss Democrats out of power on their ears in the Congress come November, so he’s trying to re-position himself? I wouldn’t trust him as far as I can throw him, but it’s good to hear that he’s throwing Biden under the bus. If he wants to do some penance, he has a platform from which he could finally run some op-eds with a little truth, a platform that has unfortunately been used in the past to get us into this mess that we are now in with Biden.

Bezos would vote for Biden because he's a Dem every day of the week and twice on Sunday though.

‘Look, A Squirrel!’: Jeff Bezos Hammers Biden Again For Third Time In Less Than A Week

Quote:Amazon founder Jeff Bezos slammed the Biden administration on Monday for the third time in less than a week after the White House tried to distract from Bezos’ comments about inflation.

The statement from the administration comes after Bezos twice called out Democrat President Joe Biden last week for trying to use “misdirection” to displace blame for skyrocketing inflation rates.

“It doesn’t require a huge leap to figure out why one of the wealthiest individuals on Earth opposes an economic agenda for the middle class that cuts some of the biggest costs families face, fights inflation for the long haul, and adds to the historic deficit reduction the President is achieving by asking the richest taxpayers and corporations to pay their fair share,” the White House claimed in a statement. “It’s also unsurprising that this tweet comes after the President met with labor organizers, including Amazon employees.”

“Look, a squirrel!” Bezos fired back, adding that administration officials “understandably want to muddy the topic.”

“They know inflation hurts the neediest the most,” Bezos continued. “But unions aren’t causing inflation and neither are wealthy people. Remember the Administration tried their best to add another $3.5 TRILLION to federal spending. They failed, but if they had succeeded, inflation would be even higher than it is today, and inflation today is at a 40 year high.”

Bezos’ remarks come after the Bureau of Labor Statistics released data last week that showed that the Consumer Price Index increased 8.3% in April from a year ago, which is higher than the projected 8.1%.

Bezos first took a jab at Biden last week after the president said that the key to bringing down inflation was making sure that “the wealthiest corporations pay their fair share.”

“The newly created Disinformation Board should review this tweet, or maybe they need to form a new Non Sequitur Board instead,” Bezos responded. “Raising corp taxes is fine to discuss. Taming inflation is critical to discuss. Mushing them together is just misdirection.”

Later in the week, Biden again tweeted about inflation, claiming that he lowered the deficit and that lowering the deficit was helping “ease inflationary pressures.”

“Under my predecessor, the deficit increased every single year,” Biden claimed on Twitter. “This year, we’re on track to cut the deficit by $1.5 trillion – the biggest one-year decline ever. It matters to families, because reducing the deficit is one of the main ways we can ease inflationary pressures.”

Bezos responded to Biden’s statement by writing: “In fact, the administration tried hard to inject even more stimulus into an already over-heated, inflationary economy and only Manchin saved them from themselves.”

“Inflation is a regressive tax that most hurts the least affluent,” he continued. “Misdirection doesn’t help the country.”

RE: When You Lose Jeff Bezos
I would respect Bezos more if he just tweeted if you raise taxes on me, the price of my products will increase.
