Biden* administration creates 'Disinformation Governance Board' under DHS
Quote:The Department of Homeland Security is setting up a new board designed to counter misinformation related to homeland security, with a focus specifically on Russia and irregular migration. The board will be called the "Disinformation Governance Board, and will be headed by executive director Nina Jankowicz.

Speaking with the House Appropriations DHS Subcommittee on Wednesday afternoon, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said, "Our Undersecretary for Policy, Rob Silvers is co-chair with our Principal Deputy General Counsel, Jennifer Gaskell, in leading a just recently constituted misinformation disinformation governance board. So we're bringing — the goal is to bring the resources of the department together to address this threat."

Jankowicz was previously a disinformation fellow at the Wilson Center, and had advised the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry as part of the Fulbright Public Policy Fellowship, according to Politico.

Jankowicz also oversaw Russia and Belarus programs at the National Democratic Institute. She announced the new Board via Twitter on Wednesday.

This is great news! I am always forgetting whether we are at war with Eastasia or Eurasia, so I appreciate the government making the effort to ensure all of us are properly informed.

Why won’t they say what this highly disruptive misinformation is? If it’s so terrible then tell us what the hell it is?

I’m not holding my breath.

This is recognition by the Biden regime, and its progressive handlers, that even our corrupt media can no longer save them from the disaster that they have brought upon our nation. All that they have left is to lie about what is happening right in front of our eyes:

=> Inflation is transitory.
=> CRT isn’t being taught in schools.
=> The Hunter laptop was Russian disinformation.
=> The border is being managed effectively.
=> The lockdowns were successful.

All that Republicans need to do in 2022 and 2024 is point out the fallacy of what their Democrat opponents promised versus what they delivered. Let’s hope they do so and steer clear of the talk-first, think-later candidates who are incapable of performing even that minimal function.

it sounds simple ... however, when MAGA was implemented, the nation found out the hard way how that worked on the front-end, Ja?!

there's nothing easy in the world of today's politics when the majority of propaganda is controlled by those with the most to lose...

after #81mm, I'm no longer holding my breath this once great nation will ever recover it's 'sanity'...

I got one. Get an old T-shirt and cut it this way so you can tie it around your head to cover your mouth and nose to keep you from getting Covid-19. That came out on the CDC website in February 2020 and immediately I knew we were being bamboozled. I use old t-shirts to strain my stocks when I'm cooking and there is always a little residue that makes it through, but I was supposed to believe it was going to be able to keep out a virus that can only be seen with an Electron microscope.

Spot on. If a porous piece of cloth can stop a virus, then it could absolutely stop bacteria, as well, rendering any investment in bioweapons moot. Who knew it would be so easy!..........
