More winning. Court blocks Bidens repeal of Title 42
This is actually good news for Biden*, because there was a bi-partisan support to back keeping Trumps Title 42 in place in congress. This saves Biden* from the embarrassment of getting overruled by members of his own party.

You can't appeal masks on planes and remove Title 42 in the same breath. They are both based on Covid. But Covid isn't political.

Last I heard, they were dropping the appeal of the mask mandate. Not only was it because of this, but also the district court the mask mandate in was not favorable to Bidens* silly whims, and he was warned that the district court may rule even more harshly on Biden*s CDC than the repviously judge who shot down the mandates did.

Good news! Ending Title 42 at this time is a bad policy decision. I agree with your analysis that this is politically good for the President as well, he can tell those pushing for the end of Title 42 that he tried, and yet for now he won't have to face the consequences of the bad decision. If the administration is serious about ending Title 42 there needs to be a plan in place. I'm skeptical of any such plan unless and until we see one that is supported by both of the Democratic Senators from Arizona.
