Hillary's use of attorney client privilege goes up in smoke
and it was Hillary who lit the fire to her own defense...
A little catchup for those out of the loop: CLinton is trying to use attorney-client privilige in order to prevent Durham from getting his hands on damning emails from Fusion GPS. She is saying that FusionGPS provided legal services to her and her campaign, therefore, all emails are priviliged. This almost certainly wasnt going to work.
But a new letter from the FEC to Durham shows that it cant work at all, because Hillary herself said she would no longer assert attorney client privilege when it cam to Fusion GPS. Back in 2018, the FEC launched an investigation into the Clinton campaigns use of funneling funds from Perkins Coie to Fusion GPS. As part of the weak-sauce settlement, CLinton agreed to a low fine (Something like a $10,000 fine), but also agreed to something else. She agreed she would no longer assert that Fusion GPS provided legal analysis for her campaign going forward. (Because that was a lie, which she admitted to in return for a slap on the wrist. )
So when CLinton recently asserted attorney client privilege to Durham, the FEC heard about it and sent a letter to Durham telling him she had agreed she wouldnt do that.
And now Clinton is check-mated.
In Friday’s letter, Backer also highlighted Hillary for America and the DNC’s commitment in their settlement agreement with the FEC to “not further contest the Commission’s finding of probable cause to believe” that the political organizations had “falsely reported their payments through Perkins Coie to Fusion GPS as being for legal services.” In contrast, in the Sussmann case, Hillary for America and the DNC “are nevertheless asserting materials generated by Fusion GPS and provided to Perkins Coie are protected by attorney-client privilege and work-product doctrine,” the letter stressed.

Oops. If Durham comes through on exposing election fraud by team Hillary and the 2000’Mules movie leads to creating belief in the Biden 2020 election cheat, Trump or DeSantis could break Reagan’s victory margin.
At some point the masses are going to have to recognize the Democrat machine is filthy.
