That would be horrible for the country and embarrassing for the state to put another socialist in the senate. For the sake of the economy and country I pray Ryan is beaten soundly.

Big dopey Tim Ryan isn't beating the republican.

One stop by Trump in October and Ryan is working as a democratic consultant.

RE: Ohio Senate primary today!
I went in to vote this morning and they asked if I needed a R or D ballot. Told them I didn’t think we had any Ds in the precinct, which drew a laugh. The R poll watcher is a neighbor and pointed out the dem poll watcher to me. Had to ask where they flew him in from, he was from the next township over.

I went to a couple of Vance events and wasn’t a huge fan. Struck me as an opportunist coming back to Ohio to take advantage of a situation. Didn’t vote for him, but will if he makes it to the general.

Ohio Senate primary today!
Ryan could maybe beat his boyfriend in November, he ain’ beating the R Nom.

Unless it’s some squish in an upset*.

This primary will be interesting to see play out. I’m pulling for Vance since reading Hillbilly Elegy and hearing numerous interviews. I think he’d be a fine addition to add some oxygen to the stagnant swamp, much as I enjoy Kennedy’s folksy, pertinent insight.

More of that, less of the buttoned up coastals. Yes, that includes you mittens.

Hopefully! I think he's a great candidate for Ohio, a moderate Democrat who has represented the Youngstown area in Congress for years. I'm with Trump on this one, hoping that JD Vance is the Republican nominee and that the combination of a weak GOP candidate and Roe backlash will carry Rep. Ryan over the finish line.

After the SCOTUS leak I am 10x more interested in the Brown v Turner battle. It'll signal how progressive females rally (or don't?) following the Roe news. Might tip the tide in Turner's favor after her bad loss in the special election. One to watch from the Dem side.

Joe Manchin could be considered a moderate but he's about the only one one who has shown the guts to stand up to the extreme left. It's not worth risking a continued veer leftward with Tim Ryan. The democrats seem hell bent on running this country off the cliff and there is absolutely no reason to send more of them up there to push us over.

Trump endorsed 12 candidates in OH. Not only did they all win or are currently winning, but Vance was WAY behind just weeks ago prior to the Trump endorsement. So its not like Trump got in there and endorsed all of the heavy favorites. His endorsement has significant pull.

People embracing Trumpism continues.

The movement lives on.

He exposed them.

Brown thumping Turner so far. No surprise since most of the dems on Team Turner flipped after she lost the first round. Only AOC and Bernie stayed with her and their endorsements came last hour and without trumpets.

Do Brown and Turner disagree on abortion, or any abortion-related issue?

Anyway, Brown is winning by more — a LOT more — than she did the first time, when both candidates were running for an open seat.

No but one is a Bidencrat and one is a Berniecrat. I was curious how dem women voters would view the current climate with their vote. Seems moderate votes won the day.

I don’t necessarily that it’s “Trumpism”, I just think he was the guy that saw what is/was going on, ruining this once great Country and said STOP!

Why do this? Where are we as a people?
I’ve been to Califa many, many times. North, south east and west. Jumped off rocks skiing Tahoe, legit surfed with dolphins in San Onofre.
My cousin still lives there in San Diego.

Would I go back? Sure, to visit him. But he won’t be there much longer. He’s even saying it’s turned into an unsafe, disgusting schithole.
Believe it or not, he may move back to his hometown ofLong Island.

Imagine how desperate THAT is.

Prog filth locusts.

Ruin all they come into contact with.

Thanks, prog filth

RE: Ohio Senate primary today!
We had some local elections/votes yesterday here in West Michigan. I had the local news channel on & it had the ticker w/ % of votes in & who or what was leading & I can't help but thinking 'how can I trust that? How do I know bucket loads of votes won't be found when it's 100% in & it's enough to flip it in 3 weeks?'

Near as I can tell...it was Don Jr. and his financial ties that probably played into that endorsement. Plus the fact that Vance probably brings in more moderate voters than Gibbons and his "tax the middle class" statements and Josh Mandel's 'War and Peace' length of faults including corruption, nepotism, adultery, and a whole lot of generally being a ****** human being.

RE: Ohio Senate primary today!
Rep. Marcy Kaptur, the longest serving woman currently in Congress and 2nd longest ever (behind former MD Sen. Barbara Mikulski) may have dodged a bullet yesterday. Her northern Ohio district got redder with redistricting, but her GOP opponent in the fall will be JR Majewski who has links to Qanon and January 6th. Majewski won the nomination over 3 other candidates, including a state Senator and a state Representative.
