That was actually only part of it.

With 5 seconds left Tulsa (down 3) inbounds and ECU immediately fouls (JJ should have let more time run off before fouling) w/ 4.8 remaining. Tulsa misses front end, ECU apparently grabs the rebound, Tulsa strips it & it goes out of bounds but refs say its Tulsa ball. Refs go to the monitor because no time came off and to review the out of bounds call. Refs ultimately keep ball with Tulsa and put the clock at 3.5. Tulsa attempts to inbound but ECU tips and it apparently goes off Tulsa with 2.4 left. That is then reviewed and it stays with ECU. That is when ECU in bounds and tosses it to Suggs, he is fouled with .4 and the melee ensues, thereby stopping time again to sort it all out. Ultimately the refs call double techs and double flagrants canceling each other out. ECU then makes 2 FTs and subsequently inbounds to run off the final .4.
