As we reported Monday, school mask mandates are being lifted in March, even in the deep blue states of New Jersey and Delaware. Legal action is continuing in Virginia on Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s executive order providing for an “opt-out” for parents. Youngkin got a victory on Monday with a challenge to his executive order being tossed out, although other litigation continues. A court has issued a temporary restraining order against Youngkin’s executive order, but that’s being appealed. Parents are also suing a Virginia school board’s members for not acting in accordance with Youngkin’s executive order.

But now a bombshell, leaked email shows that a security official in Loudoun County, Virginia, was coaching principals on how to obtain a warrant against students to arrest those who tried to enter the schools maskless.

The email was sent by John Clark, the Director of Safety and Security for Loudoun County Public Schools to the Loudoun County principals on Feb. 1.

“If you determine that an individual should be trespassed then a school admin representative, in conjunction with S&S Coordinator Rich Thomas, will proceed to the magistrate to swear out a trespass summons/warrant,” the email says. “School admin will meet Rich Thomas at the Safety & Security office and then proceed to the magistrate, which is located next to our office.”

The warrant would then be served by “law enforcement” within 24 hours.

The email also coaches principals on how to prevent parents from getting into the schools.

“Parents should only be admitted at your discretion,” Clark wrote. He also recommended schools establish “outdoor parent gathering areas,” for parents picking up students, and restrict access to entrances.

“While parents have certain educational rights they do NOT have the right to enter your school without proper vetting and permission,” Clark wrote.

Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent Scott Ziegler previously claimed there was no effort underway to pursue legal action against students.

“LCPS does not have the authority to arrest or charge any suspended students or their parents for trespassing,” Ziegler said. “Furthermore, LCPS has not requested that local law enforcement charge any student with trespassing in connection with recent suspensions.”

This email sure looks like it busts Ziegler in yet another falsehood. We saw how Ziegler lied about the huge sexual assault scandal in the district previously.

But, it shows, once again, how they have no respect for either the rights of the students or parents. It’s insane that they would go to this length to persecute students and defy their parents. This is why Youngkin was voted in, and why he’s doing all he can to stop this.
