Perhaps I am living in bizarro world but I seem to recall that up until the past year or two, we had talk shows in this country who would have physicians on their show who offered different treatment modalities for ailments. Just several years ago Jenny McCarthy and her then BF/uber-leftist Jim Carrey were paraded on shows all the time to talk about their belief that vaccinations caused autism. I don't seem to recall the Obama administration and the Trump Administration arguing that they were not going to tolerate the disinformation.
