Yea I had that last night, but I have friends that work in the AP and when I would go to DC for business there was a pickup basketball game that included Watters, Tucker, Chuck Todd, Chris Cillizza, and sometimes Chris Hayes (he is based in NYC). Last time I played was 2018 and boy they were so chummy with each other. That's why when I see the "outrage" on the tele, I just have to laugh.

Not so much, Squid. My SIL is always coming by and she's a big time Demon but yet I still love her as a SIL. Another is my Compa who is a unionized ex-Postal worker and big time Demoncrapped voice and supporter. I still like him but feel sorry for him being such a dumb S, LOL.

Anyway, like the world should operate, you can get close to people that don't share your political beliefs and yet when push comes to shove you put YOUR point out there, not theirs.

I agree in theory at our level. I have many friends all across the spectrum, from crazy right to crazy left. However, in my example above, you must remember that this was peak Trump and the vitriol that was coming out from both sides. That's why it was so weird. When I started going in 2014, I would agree with you.

Also, you guys won't believe me, but Chris Hayes is a damn good baller. Didn't see that one coming.
