Who is the better, Eleby or Thorne? What would have happened if both were here?
I like Thorne's skill set and leadership ability and he has more mobility. He would have challenged Elebly for playing time after redshirting his first year. Jayden Reed may not have transferred to MSU. One of them most likely would have transferred by now. It would have been great to have seen them both here.

Either Eleby would have transferred or Thorne/Reed would have transferred to another school together.

Thorne is better than Eleby. He would win the QB-1 job and Eleby would have hit the portal.

Not sure if Thorne is better, but I do believe Lester would have started him over Eleby. Hopefully Salopek will be able to lead WMU to a MAC Championship possibly without Moore and Eleby. I truly hope they both return to WMU!
