Not a fan of playing teams twice in non-conference. I was hoping ECU wouldn’t schedule ODU since there was a chance we would see them in Myrtle Beach. There are plenty of other local schools that could have filled that slot.

Disagree. ODU is a school we should schedule consistently. While it's unfortunate we play them twice this year and they appear to be down that's usually a solid regional game that I'd be fine with playing every single year.

Really pleasantly surprised with Brandon Johnson. A freshman that came in as a backup option after another kid didn't make grades. I don't think anybody expected much more than a practice body. Now, here he is, in the starting rotation and producing.

Sasser, Edwards and White are Houston's backbone on offense. Combining for 42 points, 13 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals vs 4 turnovers per game. Aggregate 51 for 116 from deep (44%), with each shooting at least 42% behind the arc. Each has Final Four experience.

Everyone else is a role player. The good news is that there are six role players in support of this troika of stars. And the team defense is elite - currently #1 nationally per KenPom.

i dont think tramon is or was expected to be role player... the staff thought he'd lead the team in scoring before his injury
he has been role player-ish since comng back, but according to sampston he was and a out of 10 before the injury, but only been at a 4 out of 10 since he came back.. but think they can get him back up there

Maybe they should get a Parliament of stars instead then. Or a jury. Or a Gestapo.
