Feel bad for the old AAC schools
This is not a flame. I guess I'm happy for UAB, but schools like East Carolina, Memphis, Tulane and SMU who have put so much time and money into their programs they deserve better.

I wanna feel bad for USF they left CUSA back in 2004 and now they're the Southern Miss of the AAC. See all the teams they came in with move onto other things. Lol I'd feel bad but I remember so many of their fans talking **** to Southern Miss when they left CUSA in 2004.

As a college football fan I've enjoyed watching the American do big things for the G5.. Even when you guys refused to be called a G5 conference.

The irony that USF used to be too good to share a conference with UCF and now a team like FAU brings exactly to the table what USF does and honestly teams like UNT are head and shoulders ahead of you is not lost on me.

Dude don’t feel bad for ECU, we’ve done absolutely nothing outside of Baseball and Swimming in the AAC and we have nobody but incompetent leadership and boosters to blame. As I said over on another board, this is our penance.

Oh another USF hater, imagine that. And what’s not lost on me is that you have no idea what you are talking about.

Yeah we've absolutely wasted our time here. Who knows what it would've looked like if we hired better coaches.

Swim test is a graduation requirement at ecu. I feel for these fools who can't hang.

Edit: nvm not anymore, but it used to be.

Swimming? C'mon. Just stand up and be who you are. You have a great fan base. Focus on what matters. It just takes one hire.

Oh, I am happy with all of our coaches we have currently. Surely things could be better, but we’re in a good place now. Some other Pirate fans would probably disagree though and that’s fine. I have been seeing improvement in football and basketball. We’re obviously not where we need to be yet, but we’re on the right track. We just need to stay course and not make any rash decisions with or coaches that sets us back.
