I was actually musing today...
If I'm in the conference offices, the best case for the next three years might be Cincinnati beating Indiana (they didn't do a favor to ALL of us by losing today) and Notre Dame, struggling in conference, maybe even losing once but avenging it in the CCG...getting into the CFP or at least being in the top-4 conversation this year...
And then getting dick-slapped NEXT year in conference.

Like that's actually good - while all the spotlight is on, ESPN and others have to say, "see, see how good they are" And then, after they're all on record saying that, we all have a year to make our case - Memphis, SMU, Navy, Tulane let's kick their dicks in the dirt for a year or two.

That's probably not completely rational.
I've loved sharing a conference with all you guys.

Navy gave up 134 years of independence - success in independence, not like "UConn independence" -- to join this conference (well, when we signed up it looked roughly like this conference).Love you guys.

But when any of you three who aren't in the top 25 all-time DI/FBS/whatever wins list come with any superiority ... I'm gonna come back with a big bat.
