Let’s suppose Dylan is guilty of everything the accuser claims.

He still should not suffer any legal punishment for it *Now*, imho. Not because the accusations are not serious, but because 56 years have gone by and there is no way for authorities to competently judge if the accusations are true, or not.

I believe that Dylan, like all the other ~7 or ~8 billion people on this earth, will have to give an accounting of his actions one day, when his time in this realm is over. He — again, like all of us — will be facing the one true judge who has all the evidence and whose verdicts are always just.

But in the meantime, he should not be made to disprove accusations (unless it’s murder. That’s the one exception) from 56 years previous. No one should have to do that.
