Exactly - that is the base reason for DELIBERATING neglecting the southern border. The added bonus is then moving these unvaccinated illegals into various states - Louisiana, Tennessee, Iowa, etc. Doing this allows the Biden*/Harris Administration to further spread COVID into predominantly red states. The final benefit is that once there is more outbreak of COVID in those states, then the Admin can decry the increase, point the finger of accusation at the poor effort of the state and shut down travel, businesses, etc. to further their grip on the CONTROL of Americans.
