Wait, Kentucky's not in the final? Is this the men's basketball championship or the football championship?

It's been a dream season for Nate Oats and Alabama, winning the regular season title. Their last SEC Tournament championship was 1991, the year I graduated high school. It was so long ago that Rutgers made the NCAA Tournament that year. They should be a solid #2 seed in the NCAA Tournament.

LSU is a mild surprise making the final, upsetting Arkansas in the semifinals. They last won the SEC Tournament in 1980. I had forgotten who was their coach was before I looked it up. There's some FBI allegations surrounding him.

Should be a good game. Alabama has been the best SEC team, but LSU has the talent to contend with anyone.

Alabama probably wins, but worth tuning in for.

Ja'vonte Smart has really turned into a great player for yall. Really like his game. For that reason and that reason alone I'm picking/rooting for yall to win.

It's been an amazing season.

One thing I cherish, I have been really happy not to worry about Bama having to win a tourney game or two just make the NCAA. Normally, that is the case.

I'm delighted to have won the regular season title so I'm not terribly disappointed if there's a loss today although it would be nice to sweep the trophies.

Alabama leads 40-37 at the half.

I'm more confident of a Bama win now. LSU played a really good first half and yet still trail. I think Alabama pulls away.
