MyBB MWC Championship: Utah State (19-7) vs. San Diego State (21-4)
Utah State looks like they have a good chance at making it in as an large team after defeating Colorado State in the MWC semis but winning tonight would lock up their bid. Utah State's resume if they lose: NET #37, 2-4 Q1, 2-1 Q2, 7-2 Q3. The two Quad 3 losses would be the biggest reason they would be left out although neither game was at home. Both USU's Quad 1 wins were against the Aztecs however because of COVID-19 scheduling both games were played at Utah State.

Last year because of a convention the MWC actually finished its tournament before the season was canceled and Utah State won it. Utah State also won the MWC in 2019. San Diego State had one of their best seasons in school history wiped out in 2020 because of the pandemic, I'd say they and Dayton were the biggest losers from last year's NCAA Tournament getting canceled. San Diego State won the 2018 MWC Tournament.
