Here's the format for this week's pick contest:

You have to pick the correct conference champion in each of 10 conferences. You have to make a pick before the first semifinal game of each conference to get points. If the team you pick loses in the quarterfinal, you can and should pick a new team.

If the team you pick makes the final, you get 1 point. If the team you pick wins the conference, you get two points. Most points wins.
