Sluggish performance. To be expected after playing and dominating a NAIA team. Get comfortable with the way we played against inferior opponent and this is what happens. Also, UTSA hasn't played in about 2 weeks. We should and need to be way ahead before they get back into the swing of conference play. A low scoring game against a team that really doesn't believe in defense is a concern.

Very gracious of this high school to host UTSA's home games.

Finally got home. Missed the first half but going from stats it looks like they got Jemison in foul trouble and we still can’t shoot. That about cover it?

Tough to watch. Our entire offense is slashing to the basket, by necessity. No perimeter shooting and very little post game.

They are playing hard on D.

Nice run out of halftime. Part of the answer to missing so many 3's is to just stop taking them. Keep taking it to the rack Blazers.

Quan is very good and I'm thrilled he's coming back. Needs to work on his FT shooting in the off season (55%). No reason he can't be back to the 74% he shot as a sophomore.

When TSG got hurt against Middle Tennessee, he was shooting 44% from 3pts.
Since then he's 4-17.

Quan just banged his knee diving to the floor. Hope he's ok.

Quan doesn’t look hobbled at all since he came back in.

Ertel hit a 3!!! It’s a festivus miracle!!!

5 point game with 48 seconds left. They are going to foul Quan whenever he touches the ball. Hack-a-Quan.

We tried our hardest to lose that game in the last minute. We truly are horrible in most offensive aspects of the game. Our free throw shooting is an embarrassment [/align]

I hope the guys come out tomorrow with a winning attitude rather than just wanting to split on the road. UTSA will up their game tomorrow.

UTSA had won 7 out of their last 8. Pretty solid looking team with 2 good guards and a force inside with Germany. A gutty win by the Blazers. Wish we would have another game tomorrow like the first one in Charlotte.

Of course, being that CUSA is a one-bid league, the team that's playing its best BB during the conference tourney has a distinct advantage. Hope its us.

Need to win tomorrow. I imagine North Texas will “get covid“ to get out of our series. Also need LT to lose tomorrow.

Looking at C-USA standings after tonight and remainder of conference schedule. LaTech gets a big advantage with open week prior to conference tournament next weekend. You'd think everyone plays or no teams plays on that weekend?

I watched some of tonight’s UNT game and I doubt that they are that scared of us. They are athletic with good length and can defend and score. I figure they will probably be a 5-6 point favorite in our games
