Great season Tulsa and Cincy. I thought Tulsa was about to mess up our money but the Bearkats came through. GET MONEY!

If Fick leaves I think it will only be for a legitimately top P5 job. He has already turned down several P5 jobs and I think there are probably only a handful of jobs he’d leave for right now. His wife is happy and wants to raise their family in Cincinnati based on everything we’ve heard, and Luke isn’t going to go without her fully onboard.

With the way the American has been recruiting I believe the entire conference is on the rise. Let’s hope a few others can find coaches that only have one foot in the door. Retaining a coach seems to give you a leg up on this conference as evidence by Tulsa and Cincy.
