GOP winning on election night

Mail in ballots cut the lead significantly but GOP still winning

Judge "personally" reviewed spoiled ballots and after review Dem was now up by 13 votes

One of the counties then cited a "calculation error" and the GOP was back on top by 12 votes

Another county has now "found" 55 previously uncounted ballots, 44 of which are from registered voters

The Judge who did the review of spoiled ballots still has to rule on others

What should happen: the House convenes in January and declares NY-22 to be vacant. The State of New York sets a special election at next opportunity.

What will happen: the Democrat will be declared the winner, regardless of anything else.

You want to be fair?

It is only 55 ballots but very important ballots. Contact each person and ask if this is their ballot and certify they only voted once and not in any other jurisdiction.

Have a rep for each party to witness
