Dude, you're just wrong. They followed the procedures they were told. If you see a speed limit sign that says 55 and you go 55, you're not going to be arrested if the limit in that area was actually 45 and someone just put up the wrong sign!

Thank you for admitting they broke the law. Nobody is suggesting the voters be arrested. If you bid on a government job, and the bidding process you were told to follow turns out to have been illegal---the bid award is typically voided and the process is redone. Wisconsin has 3 choices---it can void the illegal votes and let the current election stand, it can hold a new election, or it can have the legislature select the electors. Any of the 3 are legal options. "Well--we broke the law--so what?" is not really a legal option. There are reasonable ways to fix it--I only listed 3---Im sure there are other options.

Option 4, they simply dismiss it just like PA.

Option 4 probably wont work because the Wisconsin case is quite different from the Pennsylvania case.

None of the cases in Pennsylvania alleged the actual ballots were illegal. The cases in Pennsylvania were based on how the ballots were counted (ie-Republican reps could not reasonably verify the ballots as they were being counted). The issue was observer access--but the Republicans wanted all the ballots counted in that manner thrown out while offering no direct evidence that the ballots themselves were flawed in any way. Thus, there was no evidence that there were enough bad ballots (assuming any bad ballots existed at all) to overturn the election.

The case is Wisconsin is different in that its pretty cut and dried. The ballots themselves can easily be proven to violate existing Wisconsin law. Thats not one that will be just dismissed as it will just get over ruled on appeal when any normal thinking judge actually reads the law. I'd also add that the remaining Pennsylvania case also has to do with violating state law (in this case, the state constitution). That one's not going to just disappear either.

I mean, perhaps the courts will decide to just make these cases vanish---but if the courts are simply going to ignore law violations after elections---then there is no reason not to cheat DURING elections. Furthermore, if the courts are going to ignore the law----there should also be no expectation that the general public will necessarily treat election winners as legitimate since the courts have shown the law doesn't matter. After all, if the courts---a body who's only purpose is to uphold the law and dispense justice---no longer believe laws are worth upholding, then why should the public?

The PA case I was thinking of was the one that challenged the constitutionality of ACT 77 mail in voting and was dismissed.

Sidney Powell....perhaps the dumbest attorney in America. No wonder she's working for trump. How in the world is she not disbarred yet? 03-lol

Quote:MADISON - A Republican candidate for Congress who lost his election on Nov. 3 says his name is being used without permission as a plaintiff in a federal lawsuit to make President Donald Trump the winner of Wisconsin's presidential election, despite receiving fewer votes than President-elect Joe Biden.

Derrick Van Orden, who narrowly lost to U.S. Rep. Ron Kind, said Tuesday he learned through social media posts about the lawsuit that his name was being used.

"I learned through social media today that my name was included in a lawsuit without my permission," Van Orden said in a statement. "To be clear, I am not involved in the lawsuit seeking to overturn the election in Wisconsin."

Quote:In another lawsuit Powell filed in Michigan, she cites a witness who claimed to have seen something strange with votes being counted in Edison County. But there is no Edison County in Michigan.

These lawsuits bring in more money than they cost. Grifting contributors has become the most profitable division of the Trump’ Organization.

That complete idiot lawyer that Tom keeps referring to is considered one of the top attorneys in the country. Tom is smarter than her is his implication. I'm pretty sure from his postings that he thinks she is doing ALL the work on these cases herself. She has a staff. With the amount of litigation going on, the workload is immense, especially given the time constraints.

So, the staff made mistakes. Tom has never done that, I'm certain. If he did, the parents at the daycare he operates would be pretty upset, I'm sure.

If she is paying people for this work that’s just as bad.

Also, why is an employee of HUD and a trump staffer listed in the metadata as the author of the Kraken lawsuit?

And more from random twitter.... 03-wink

"Sidney Powell released the Kraken. And it turns out the mythological sea beast can't spell, is terrible at geography and keeps mislabeling plaintiffs in court."

And still no evidence to back up claims of voter fraud.

Wow. You are a total idiot. They just delayed the eventual appeal. Nobody "won" anything, or lost, for that matter. They are merely directed to file in Circuit Court and work their way up. Not unexpected. Just a delay tactic by corrupt Dem officials (note the DNC reference in the judge's order, which of course once again you didn't even seem to bother to read; then again, your 2nd-grade Public Skouel edumakashun doesn't help you there either; sorry, can't helpya, helpya, helpya.) Everyone knew that procedurally this was a long journey, skippy. Now, here's a cracker for you to eat when you go back to sit in your corner.

Hate to think what you are if I am the total idiot. 03-lmfao

1. The trump lawyers did not know what they were doing by taking this directly to the supreme court rather than the circuit court. But I'm sure that was part of their 4-d plan, amirite? 01-wingedeagle
2. The supreme court in Wisconsin is a 4-3 conservative court. This has nothing to do with democrats.
